The project is implemented under the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness Programme.

  • strengthening the capacity of the National Designated Authority (NDA) and climate finance coordination mechanisms;

  • establishment of a national climate project pipeline;
  • preparation of concept notes and pre-feasibility studies for priority sectors;
  • strengthening national mechanisms for mobilizing climate finance
